Our “Get Acquainted” meetings are a fantastic way to get to know some of the other people on our tour. It is also a great way to get answered many of the questions you probably have about the tour.

We will be covering a variety of topics, including:

Passports

Rooming

Flights

Buses

Rehearsal

Meals

Camp

London Opportunities

Luggage

And More!

I understand this is a busy time of year for everyone, but please try to make every effort to attend this meeting. We have a very large zone, and this is generally the only opportunity we have to meet.

I know this may be a bit early for some of you who have to drive a long distance, but our meetings generally last about an hour and a half, and I’d like to get you out in time for lunch.
